Citizen Charter
1. Everyone has the right to medical treatment in a hospital.
2. External department from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm (every day except public holidays)
3. The emergency department is open 24 hours a day (including public and all other holidays).
4. Provide all types of medical services and necessary counseling according to the facilities available in the outpatient department.
5. Medicines are provided free of charge subject to supply, but the client may have to purchase some of the medicines required for treatment from outside the service center.

6. Provide free meals to admitted patients.
7.Blood, excrement, sputum test and, X-ray test at official price as per doctor's advice
8.24-hour treatment facility for diarrhea patients including ORT Corner.
9.Day and night 24 hours emergency maternity service, (delivery) medical facilities.
10.General and major operation services as per existing facilities.

11. Treatment of tuberculosis and provision of free medicine under the direct supervision of health workers (DOTS).
12. Vaccination against all diseases according to EPI schedule for children aged 0-1 years.
13. Separate treatment for children aged 0-5 years at IMCI Corner.
14. TD5 dose (tetanus vaccine) according to the schedule for women aged 15-49 years.5
14. Free kala-azar diagnosis and treatment services.
15. Medical services for pneumonia.
16. Education related to health, nutrition, reproduction, health of patients and patient companions in hospital
17. Provide family planning advice and assistance in choosing methods among able-bodied couples.
18. Provide high priority services to patients referred from various sub-health centers, health and family welfare centers.

19. If necessary, refer some patients to the Medical College Hospital for advanced treatment.
20. Inpatient Admissions Medical Services for Eligible Patients.
21. Ambulance service is open to all under government policy.
